In these Terms, "499g", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the 499g online casino and betting service. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on our platform.

The purpose of these Terms is to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding access to the platform, account management, financial transactions, gaming activities, and all related matters. These Terms may be amended from time to time, and the most recently published version will remain in effect.

To use 499g services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or access the platform from a location where online gaming is legal.
• You must be able to operate a valid mobile wallet account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) in your own name.
• You must use the platform voluntarily, with full judgment, and free from any form of coercion.
• You agree to comply with our responsible gaming policy.

If it is established at any time that a user does not meet these eligibility requirements, 499g reserves the right to suspend or close that account without notice and may hold any associated balance.

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited, and if detected, both accounts may be closed. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

499g may at any time request valid identification documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be restricted or placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposits

The following mobile payment methods are currently accepted for deposits at 499g: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals will be sent directly to your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

If any financial loss occurs as a result of providing an incorrect wallet number or account details, the user bears full responsibility. 499g requests that you ensure all information provided is accurate.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits — such as using multiple accounts, collaborative betting, or attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings may be voided and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Other Promotions

The VIP program, weekly cashback, and special offers are announced from time to time, and each offer carries its own terms and conditions. All promotions may be changed or cancelled at 499g's sole discretion.

499g is committed to ensuring fair play on its platform. The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players to gain a betting advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

If a technical error occurs in any game and causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 499g reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

The 499g VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier is based on regular gaming activity. Specific conditions may apply at each tier for receiving VIP cashback, and these will be announced separately.

499g may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of eligibility requirements (relating to age or location).

• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Any serious breach of these Terms.

In the event of account closure, 499g will decide at its own discretion whether to return any legitimate balance (free of fraud).

499g will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other unavoidable circumstances. We always aim to ensure uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee 24/7 continuous availability.

Financial losses arising from gaming decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility. 499g provides a safe and fair environment, but users voluntarily accept the risks associated with gaming.

All content on the 499g platform — logos, designs, text, software, game interfaces, and related materials — is the intellectual property of 499g or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution of this content without prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.

499g reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.
